Summer of a Lifetime - Funding Available
Funding is still available to take part in The Tall Ships Races 2012, presented by Szczecin and organised by Sail Training International, for young people aged between 15-25 years old.

Sail Training International is calling for applicants for The Sultanate of Oman Bursary Scheme which is open to any young person from around the world regardless of background, physical ability or sailing experience.

Up to 100 lucky young people will benefit from the life-changing experience gained from participation in this summer’s race series taking place at ports in France, Portugal, Spain and Ireland.

"To ensure you don’t miss out, be sure apply soon!"  is the message from the Selection Panel at Sail Training International. The on-going allocation process is likely to see all funding disbursed by the end of Spring 2012.

Simply complete and submit the short application online. Alternatively, download the application form to post or email.  For further information and to apply, CLICK HERE

Hi Katri,
If you have already seen a voyage you are interested in, please say how much it costs. If not, you could look at the list of vessels taking part in the bursary scheme (listed on the application form) and visit their websites to see if there is a voyage you would prefer.
Good luck with your application!

I have a question about the application: what am I supposed to put in the "Voyage Fee" section? Thanks in advance.
