Sail Training Programme Standards - sharing best practice

There are many excellent sail training programmes in operation today all around the world. Some individual organisations run effective experiential voyage programmes, whilst others have developed a systematic approach to the teaching-learning process. A couple of national sail training organisations have even developed generic programmes for their members. Hear about some different examples and discuss ways of sharing best practice.
